Of the two cards I made with little Wheely Girl today, this one is my favorite. I love the summer colors and I love that I completely planned out the whole card in my head as I was making coffee this morning. Sometimes it is the ease of the idea that just makes it so good.
I used the same concept as the spinning slider card, except she doesn't spin, she just bikes along a careful path made with dimensionals on the inside of the card. When you pull the tab, she rides along the cards and I made the dashes inside the track because it just looked so bare with nothing but white on the inside. Now that I figured out the "mechanics" of the card, I know what I would do next time that would have made it even better. I was just happy I actually figured out how to construct the idea without even glancing at the internet.
I used my Prismacolor pencils to color her in. (I am loving these) And I love that little red star eyelet. I think I have had those since the dawn of time!
This also counts as an entry to the Weekly Challenge because again, I only stamped in Black.
It is harder than it sounds.
You may be seeing more of Wheely Girl because she is one of only three A muse stamps I own currently because the stores around here don't seem to have very many. So I hope everyone likes her.
