Glimpse of Spring

It is still f-f-f-freeeezzziinnngggg here, but it has warmed up a tad, it was 10 degrees today...Heatwave! We have been trying to stay indoors as much as possible and I am dressing in layers, lots and lots of layers. The worst part about the cold is that my hands are just so cold I am typing at half speed.
I made this page a couple weeks ago, it is one set of my parents. The picture is from our photo shoot with April in November. I love this picture because they look so natural, it is actually how they smile, it isn't forced.
Now that I look at the page and all the flowers (which are all dry embossed and cut out), it reminds me that spring is right around the corner. Just won't get here fast enough for me.
For everyone wondering about the Recipe Swaps, they are all in as of today and will go out in the mail on Saturday, the latest. With an easygoing swap you have to account for some slower people or things coming up and just go with the flow.

I will post the rest of the pages tomorrow, hopefully.

I really like that pic of your Mom and Step-Dad. They are so cute together. Your layout is truly great. All of that time spent embossing and cutting out those flowers. I hope someday to achieve the scrapping goddess status that you produce with your layouts.
